Bixby Elliot is a queer writer for theater, film, and television and just wrapped as staff writer on Peacock’s FIVE STAR WEEKEND (starring Jennifer Garner.)
His plays have been produced in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, London and more. I LOVE YOU ST. PETERSBURG! was published by Samuel French and TimeOut magazine selected Bixby’s ABRAHAM LINCOLN WAS A F*GG*T as one of the “Top 10 Plays of the Year”. His short film THE YELLOW SPONGE IS THE DISH SPONGE (which he wrote, produced and starred in) has picked up Best Short, Best Screenplay and Best Actor awards and won the Grand Prize at the Oscar Qualifying Rhode Island Film Festival. He graduated from the MFA playwriting program at Columbia University
Jack Dentinger
Director / Producer
Jack Dentinger is a director, writer, and producer of theater, film and live experiences. As a co-founder of the devising collective, The Bellwether Project, Jack’s theatrical work has been featured at Ars Nova, Irondale, Vineyard Arts Project, and more. His film work includes the gender-bending serial killer comedy Aquamarine (director) which screened at over 30 festivals worldwide, Goodnight (Creative Producer, Sundance 2025), Get Lost (Bentonville Film Festival, 2025), and a series of music videos and concert films.
Since 2022, Jack has worked with director Jonas Åkerlund in development and production on projects such as the documentary Metallica Saved My Life, Madonna’s Celebration Tour: Live in Rio, and 2026’s Billy Idol Should Be Dead. He is a graduate of the John Wells Directing Program at Carnegie Mellon’s School of Drama (BFA).
Yesenia Ayala
Associate Director
Yesenia Ayala is a performer working in theater, film, and television. Broadway credits include Illinoise, Carousel, Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, and a Drama Desk Nominated turn as “Anita” in Ivo Van Hove’s 2020 Revival of West Side Story. She’s also received 3 Chita Rivera Award nominations for Best Dancer plus two wins for Best Ensemble for Illinoise and Carousel, both choreographed by Justin Peck. Also in collaboration with Peck, she appeared as Clary in Steven Spielberg’s film adaption of West Side Story and in Bradley Cooper’s Maestro. Other TV and film credits include Incarcerated, Kiss Of The Spiderwoman, Modern Love, and Fosse/Verdon. Regionally, she has appeared at The Old Globe, Houston Grand Opera, and Broadway Sacramento. She was named as “25 to Watch” in 2021 by Dance Magazine.
Deciding to take a stab at directing, she recently produced and directed a couple of short films. By way of The Bellwether Project, she met Jack Dentinger which led to being brought onto this incredible team. She is excited to explore the wondrous world of immersive theater!</h2″>
Olivia Vaughn Hern
Production Designer
Olivia Vaughn Hern is a NYC-based theatrical and film designer, working in costume, scenic and puppetry design. Her work is inspired by the handmade and the fantastical.
Her work as a designer and artistic collaborator has been featured at Edinburgh Fringe, the Prague Quadrennial, Soho Playhouse, WP Theater, Target Margin and numerous film festivals domestically and internationally. Hope Kay
Producer
Hope Kay is a multi-hyphenate artist specializing in immersive theatre and experiences. She directs, performs, stage manages, designs, and more. Recently, she has been involved with: The Death of Rasputin, Viola’s Room, Luna Luna, Aether, and WaxWing Trilogies. She is a graduate of Georgia Tech, holding a B.S. in industrial design with a focus on forming connection through experiences. @hope7kay
Alex Wanebo
Producer
Alex Wanebo is an actor, writer, and producer based in Brooklyn. She is a co-founder/producer of Ruckus Theatre and Arts Festival which just finished its inaugural season producing 30 shows in four days. Her original play Ever Yours which she also produced and starred in had a critically acclaimed run at Edinburgh Fringe and transferred off West-End to Greenwich Theatre and OSO Barnes.
Other stage credits include Hedda in Hedda Gabler (Richard Burton Theatre) and Stop. Stay. Leave (dir. by Danya Taymor.) On screen, she starred in Pescador (nominated for Best Performance in a Feature Film at Raindance Festival) and De Novo (feature film in post production). She trained at Carnegie Mellon University and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Carson McCalley
Producer
Carson McCalley is an actor, director, producer, and gamer in Brooklyn. As an actor, he appeared as Young Henry in the Original Broadway Cast of The Inheritance (Tony Award winner- Best Play.) As a producer, he co-mounted 30 shows in 4 days for Ruckus New York 2026. As a director, he directed Ever Yours at the Edinburgh Fringe, which transferred to London in 2024. As a gamer, he won The Amazing Race Season 37. He holds a BFA in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University, studied Shakespeare at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and Film and Television at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Adam Griffith
Producer
Adam Griffith is a multifaceted artist and award winning actor from San Jose, CA. He has an extensive background in immersive theatre including creating the role of ‘Felix’ in The Death of Rasputin and performing for 6.5 years with Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More (NYC, Shanghai).
He has performed at The Wild Project, Edinburgh Fringe, San Francisco Playhouse and TheatreWorks Silicon Valley. He has produced, directed and edited several short films and webseries, DP’d many others, appeared on HBO, and worked with Wong Kar-wai in Shanghai. Lucy York Struever
Producer
Lucy York Struever was an original cast member of Sleep No More NYC, performed in the Tony-winning revival of Angels In America,and, recently, created the role of Petra in Death of Rasputin.
She is from Baltimore and studied, theater, dance, and economics. She co-wrote and co-directed the animated short film Death and the Lady which premiered at the Tribeca Festival and is part of the New Yorker’s Screening Room series.
Geoff Bailey
Visual Effects Designer
Geoff Bailey is a director, designer, and VFX supervisor with more than two decades of experience shaping visual storytelling across film, tv, theater, advertising, and experiential. He currently serves as VFX Creative Director and VFX Supervisor at Mosaic Studios, and has led the Brooklyn-based design studio Finegrit Design as director and creative director since 2002.
His work has brought him together with a wide range of clients and collaborators, among them Julie Taymor, M. Night Shyamalan, 50 Cent, U2, and the Greenwood Rising Museum in Tulsa, OK.
Bailey holds an MFA in film production from Columbia University. His films have screened at festivals around the world, including the Palm Springs International ShortFest, the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, the Brooklyn International Film Festival, the Nashville International Film Festival, the BET/HBO Urbanworld Film Festival, and the Martha’s Vineyard International Film Festival, among many others. His animated short film, Death and the Lady, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and is distributed by The New Yorker Screening Room.
Maria Hubbard
Intimacy Director
Maria is a New York City-based acting coach and intimacy professional, creating moments of intimate storytelling for TV, film, and theater. Some recent intimacy credits include Cock (East Village Basement), The Seagull (Pace University), and feature films Murderous (dir. Neil LaBute), and Terrifier 3 (dir. Damien Leone).
Maria completed her intimacy certification through IDC, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. Jess Romanowski

Jess Romanowski (he/they) is a New York based stage manager, lighting designer, and technician. Most recently, he was the lighting designer, programmer, and operator on the One Times Square New Year’s Eve Ball for their 4th of July Event/Ball Drops.
